Life Lately, Local Gems & The Spring Market Surge
Lately, life has felt like a beautiful, high-speed blur. We just wrapped up our "crazy birthday season" by celebrating Greg’s big day -meaning I finally get a breather until my own birthday in May! Between family milestones and a real estate market that has officially shifted into high gear, there is so much to share from around Louisville this week.

With mortgage rates recently dipping as low as 5.98%, we are seeing a significant "spring surge". Buyers are jumping off the sidelines, leading to increased showing activity and much faster sales timelines across Jefferson County.

⨠What’s New in Louisville?

Whether it is wrapping up a big birthday celebration for Greg, prepping for a 100 degree speaker series, or navigating a sudden spring surge in the market, life at home is always moving.
My goal, whether here on the blog or in a living room during a listing appointment, is to make sure you feel Settled In. If this season has you thinking about what is next for your own home journey or if you just need a recommendation for the best artichoke in town, I am always just a text or a call away.
Thanks for catching up on this week's bits and bobs. I will see you when I am back from the desert!
